I ordered this from Loch Lomond Whiskies mainly because the aroma notes sounded right up my street. As soon as I opened it, the nose really stood out, soft fruit, a little honey, and some gentle oak.
It’s not sharp or too heavy, which I really appreciated. My brother had a small pour with me and we both kept nosing the glass before actually getting around to tasting it.
